Had injury near Christmas and it totally got me out of whack and off course and I'm still struggling to stay back on course and gained weight back to boot. My only suggestion is one I don't like people to suggest to me becuase I don't want to do it. The pool. It's great for cardio, great for your muscles, keeps you moving and you avoid impact on your "hurty place." I just don't do it. But, maybe you can. You seem very determined. This could be the answer to help you recover. Just a little "411" that you probably already know. Don't give up! Good luck at the doc today!
